Chris is a highly experienced consultant with a long track record in delivering sustainable change both as a management consultant and through a number of people and change directorships.

As a management consultant, his core experience is in providing pragmatic and hands on support to help teams deliver improvement & transformation through insightful analysis, operating model improvement, behavioral and cultural change. His significant and multi-sector experience as an HR & OD Director means that Chris has an acute understanding of how to get the people element of change of right.

  • Review of the operational effectiveness of scientific support services and implementation of a new operating model to support to one of the world’s most ambitious and newest bio-medical research institutes.
  • Organisational design and cultural development support to facilitate the change of business model from equity based to franchised for a global coffee brand.
  • Improvement in service delivery and realisation of efficiencies through a programme of organisational development, design and engagement work to create an integrated healthcare organisation across Acute, Community and Mental Health providers within a South West County (UK).
  • Colleague and customer insight and organisational design work to develop the commercial function of a large building component manufacturer to more effectively service its customers and to grow in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Leadership development and team build intervention for the senior leadership population of the UK’s biggest group of builder’s merchants.

Vicky Forbes-Perry

Vicky is an experienced and highly pragmatic continuous improvement leader, coach and project manager with a significant track record of delivery across multiple disciplines, including operations management, logistics, finance and over 10 years ICT experience.

She has transferrable experience from a variety of sectors including retail, distribution and logistics, local government and emergency services.

Vicky is qualified as an ITIL expert and Prince 2 practitioner and takes a customer and outcome focussed approach (across a wide variety of improvement projects including Service Catalogue and Self Service) to help teams and organisations challenge existing ways of working and deliver significant process improvement which enable service and efficiency benefits and remove monotonous and non value-add activity.

Vicky is a confident and emotionally intelligent communicator who is ambitious about what can be achieved and supports teams to own and deliver sustainable improvements.

Recent Project Experience:

  • Technical support and advice to a regional fire and rescue service to set specification, KPI's and approach for an IT outsourcing exercise
  • Programme management to deliver modern and improved telephony technology to a multi-site client enabling significant cost saving and improved ways of working and collaboration
  • Creation and delivery of a continual service improvement plan across an emergency service's IT team
  • Management and process  improvement of an IT service desk operation including process automation (removing 12% of manual workload) and capacity release which achieved a shift of first line fix from 55% to 75%
